Treatment Policies

Appointments

To schedule a dental appointment, please call 8850 4525 or email us at: enquiriesapexdentalcentre.com.au. Based on availability, we may be able to see you the same day or as soon as the next appointment available, if requested. Appointments from new patients are always welcomed.

Emergencies

Emergencies can be handled at any time during working hours. Dr. Gantasala and staff are always available to take care of your immediate needs. Call 8850 4525 for emergency assistance. After hours may be available by appointment.

Health Insurance Plans

Our dental office participates in most dental insurance plans. The patient is responsible for any deductibles, co-payments, or remaining balances. Our patients may also choose to pay the dental fees in advance and then receive an insurance reimbursement check directly from their insurance company. Our general dentists are approved providers for health funds: MBF, HBA, CBHS at both locations and for medibank private at Liverpool only.

Telephone Calls to the Dentist

If you have medical questions that only the dentist can answer, a message will be taken and you dental file will be given to your dentist, who will return your call as soon as possible. If your question is not of a medical nature, then a staff member will be happy to assist you.

Finance Policy

All payments and co-payments are due at the end of each treatment session.
